 Our mission is to help urban youth discover their inner passions.
Through exposure and participation in various artistic and literary activities, our youth are better able to see the possibilities of making a positive impact on their world.
Our Goals
- To offer classes in dance, drama, music, and graphic arts in the inner city community.
- To provide opportunities for the development of talents and a venue for performance.
- To provide field trips to museums, ballets, musical theater performances, plays and concerts.
- To schedule and secure venues for motivational speakers who provide self-esteem building and encouragement and who suggest ways to pursue careers in the fields of the fine arts and education.
- To secure mentors who identify talent in particular art forms and encourage students in ways to continue in their chosen area of artistic interest.
- To provide reading tutorials services and vocabulary development using stories, scripts and music scores as authentic and stimulating reading experiences.
